- Login into Glympse PRO
- In the navigation menu, click on customize
- Next, navigate to the labels box
- Here, you can change how your agents and tasks are labeled
*If you have technicians in the field (those who carry out a service) select Technician
*If you have drivers (those who drop off products/packages) select Drivers
*If you have appointments (provide a service) select Appointment
*If you have delivery (provide drop-offs) select Delivery - Click “Save” once satisfied with the selection
NOTE: Changing labels doesn’t affect how Glympse PRO functions. Labels only change the wording in text/email reminders. For example, if you select “driver” as your label of choice, the customer will see the employee referred to as “driver” in all text/email messages.
